ONLINE FUNDRAISING AGREEMENT 

 
The first Candleberry candles were made in 1997 and sold in the family store. Few of those candle-making methods developed by the family have changed. They are still handmade, with each candle different from the next, and each one considered a piece of art. The same mixing process from years past is still used today for each fragrance—precisely measured, with the primary focus being quality. With this in mind, we know how important fundraising is in the non-profit community and we do our best to offer that great quality product your supporters will love and a profit margin you'll love. Our goal is to partner with non-profit organizations to help them achieve their goals for their fundraising campaigns. In this chart you will find our three fundraising options alongside their profit margins.

Brochure Fundraising

We have three brochures that will be offered for 2024. 

With our traditional fundraising brochure program your group will receive fundraising brochures to collect orders in person, to be submitted as a bulk order at the conclusion of the fundraising campaign. Your organization will retain 40% profit sales from your bulk order submitted. When your organization enrolls in a brochure fundraiser, you will automatically be enrolled in the online brochure as well. 


TOP 10 Brochure  

What better to offer than our best sellers? This brochure is available year-round so you can pick the dates of your fundraiser. Payments are due 2 weeks from the date we email you your invoice. Failure to make that payment within 2 weeks may delay your order.

Spring Brochure  

Available NOW thru May 2024. Payments are due 2 weeks from the day we send you an invoice. Failure to submit payment may result in a delayed order. Any seasonal fragrances ordered after May are subject to substitution due to seasonal availability. 

 


Fall Brochure

Available July 2024 with orders due by Nov. 8, 2024, payment due by Nov. 22, 2024 (Orders received after this date, are subject to a delayed shipment that may arrive after the Christmas holiday season).

 

 

Online Fundraising Only

Online Fundraising is available Year-Round and will change along with our seasons. It will feature hot items that often move so fast we are unable to include them in our traditional brochure, such as tart warmers and reed diffusers. Online fundraising is a great platform to allow those far from you in distance to support your group in their fundraising efforts. Supporters will visit the fundraising website just like any other e-commerce site. At checkout they will be prompted to enter your group’s unique identification code. Once the order is complete the items are shipped directly to your supporter. At the conclusion of your fundraiser The Candleberry Candle Company will reduce your bulk order invoice by the profit made from your online sales or mail you a check for 30% profit on products sold. It's that easy! We enroll you in an online fundraiser when you begin your brochure fundraising campaigns because sometimes your supporters do not live near, and sometimes your supporters favorite fragrances are not one we have selected for our brochure.

Fresh CarGo

Offer something fresh with our Fresh CarGo! CarGo only fundraising NOW AVAILABLE. This is a pre-buy option. Your organization will purchase this collection up front and then your group is responsible for selling the items. Each box of 35 units is one fragrance is $50.00 shipped, with a minimum of 4 boxes required. Over a dozen fragrances to choose from!

 

 

When your organization is ready to get started, simply have an authorized officer or team member complete this 

ONLINE FUNDRAISING AGREEMENT 

Once completed your agreement will automatically be emailed to our team for review. If approved we will immediately begin setting up your fundraising campaign.
