If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use this web site and service. By using this web site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Candleberry Candle Corporation, (the "Company"), may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you and may change without notice. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.
Fundraising Terms
The Candleberry Candle Co. will provide color brochures at no cost with a minimum order of $500.
ONLY items listed in brochures may be ordered through brochure ordering. Items offered online, MUST be ordered online.
Brochure orders must be submitted on the Main Tally Sheet which will be emailed upon approval.
Participants agree that the fundraising items will be sold at the listed price. If at any time, it is determined that items are sold less than that retail price, The Candleberry Candle Co. reserves the right to stop sales to your organization.
Payment is due two weeks from the date of the digital sales order. Any late payment could result in cancellation of order.
Once payment is received, please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment.
If an order is placed after the final date for the fundraising season, The Candleberry Candle Co. will attempt to fulfill the order, but some seasonal items may be out of stock. The Candleberry Candle Co. will also charge a one time rush processing fee of $150.00 to be paid with invoice.
Online fundraising orders are specifically designed for individual orders. Student orders should NOT be submitted via the website portal.
Orders and Acceptance
By submitting an order on fundraising.candleberry.com, you warrant and represent that all personal information you have entered for is valid.
Except with respect to our out of stock items, you cannot change or cancel an order once the order has been submitted.
Lack of Availability
Candleberry Co. makes reasonable efforts on our website to provide correct inventory information. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will cancel the item on your order and notify you by email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel out of stock items at any time.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges which will be charged on all orders applicable and will be indicated at the time of placing your order during checkout.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel order placed for the products listed in the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Promotional Rules & Restrictions
Please note that terms and conditions may change for future promotions. When redeeming an offer on our website, only one offer can be redeemed per order. You can not double stack offers or discounts in one single order.
Use of Candles
Please do not use your Candleberry Candles on a warmer. To get the best use out of your candle, we recommend burning your candle. However, if you prefer fragrance without a flame, we recommend using our powerful simmering cake tart wax melts in our tart warmers.
Use of Material
The Company authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on fundraising.candleberry.com (the "Web Site") solely for your personal, noncommercial use.
The contents of this Web Site, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other "Material", are protected under United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Material is the property of the Company or its content suppliers, vendors and clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this Web Site is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. Further, the HTML code that is created by the Company while generating its pages is also protected by the Company's copyright.

Return Policy
Returns for Candleberry Fundraising orders will be assessed on an as-needed basis. Please contact fundraising@candleberry.com within 30 days of purchase if you have any issues or defects with your product.
General Terms
The Company makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Kentucky, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within Kentucky, and all parties submit to the jurisdiction of the venue of these courts.
